Economical hotel in a great area very close to all restaurants, shops and transport and so many shops to shop at and the main shopping strip. Central heating, flat-screen television, and a writing desk available in the a single room. Well-equipped bathroom with a bath. Particularly good location, a short way from Lumine Machida.

I liked the spotlessly clean and cozy room and clean bathroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable & the staff was extraordinarily friendly. The service provided there was good! Had access to its wifi, it was good. Location: the hotel was really close to many restaurant and shopping mall, and all restaurants, shops and transport in Machida. The lunch in Rakkasei close to the venue had every choice imaginable.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money - the prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the hotel. Secondly, the staff were extremely attentive and friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Additionally, I appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, which were equipped with a larger than normal flat panel TV, allowing for a great entertainment experience.
All was fine, but an improvement could be made in terms of noise insulation.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a larger than normal flat panel TV for my entertainment. The location was perfect, with plenty of local restaurants, shops, and transportation options nearby. I also enjoyed the breakfast, although it could have been a little better.
Everything was great!

This hotel's bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, with hot water and good pressure. Its location was convenient, close to amenities like convenience stores and within walking distance of key attractions. Like most business hotels in Tokyo, the size of the room is small, but I felt there was just about enough space.
The pillows were lumpy and provided no support and there was noise coming from the road outside and the room next door which made it difficult to sleep. The view from the room was also unappealing, with a construction site visible through the window.

the staff were extremely helpful, ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Secondly, the location was fantastic, with plenty of amenities like convenience stores and local restaurants just a short walk away. Finally, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with larger than normal flat panel TVs and a delicious breakfast buffet.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing that could have been improved.

This hotel has a fantastic location! From here you can easily reach the park and the train station, and there's also a convenience store nearby. The room and bathroom are spotless and well-maintained, and the staff are helpful and accommodating. The morning buffet breakfast is a great start to the day!
The pillows are a bit too thin for comfort, but they can be easily replaced by asking at the front desk.

Had a great weekend at a hotel in a prime location, with friendly and accommodating staff. The room was very clean and well-maintained and we had access to free Wi-Fi. The breakfast was complimentary, and the hotel also provided free parking nearby. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The air conditioner was not easy to figure out, and there wasn't a lot of instruction or support offered. the pillows were a bit too flat for our liking and could have been a bit more comfortable.
